On Friday 11th December 2009, the parishioners and parish council of Fih received His Eminence the Most Reverend Metropolitan Efrem (Kyriakos) at the town’s square. The Vespers was celebrated at Mar Semaan church followed by the inauguration of the hall next the church anointing it with Holy Waters.

استقبل مجلس وأبناء رعية مار سمعان - فيع راعي الابرشية، صاحب السيادة المتروبوليت أفرام الجزيل الاحترام، يوم الجمعة 11 ك1 2009 في ساحة البلدة. بعد صلاة الغروب تم تدشين بيت الرعية ( قاعة مار سمعان ) ورشه بالماء.
