On the 19th of April 2009, Fih celebrated Pascha in St. Simeon’s church of the village.

Fr. Semaan (Louis) Haidar held The Rush Procession (Hajme) @ 4.00am and then after the Holy Pascal Liturgy, all the parishioners moved to St Simon Hall for Easter egg cracking and for an Agape Lunch [ma2idat ma7abba] that was prepared by the YOM (Youth Orthodox Movement) of Fih with the great help of our beloved families.

It is to be noted that the Movement had issued on the Bright Holy Saturday the fourth number of its publication “ Light from Light” in its new look.
