Founded in 1944 with the registration number 815 by: Georges Ibrahim Aabdallah, Yaacoub Najjar, Joseph El Khoury ( First President), Georges Hanna Aabdallah, Fouad Khalil Sleiman, Fouad Semaan Sleiman, Ishac Karam Hnein, Tannous El Nakat, Iskandar Sleiman, Gergi Hanna Haydar, Dr. Mtanious Makdessi, Semaan Nakhloul, Semaan Hanna Abdallah, Ayoub Khoury, Abdallah Nakat, Nazih Haidar.

The committee consists now of 26 members as follow:
